The Eco Salon, hosted by Wen-Jay of Local Roots and Sabs Katz of Sustainable Sabs, was an enlightening gathering focused on food sovereignty and the climate crisis. The salon format facilitated deep, meaningful discussions on these critical topics, led by industry experts and special guests.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
The evening included farm-to-table small bites from Local Roots NYC, cocktails by Mount Gay Rum, and non-alcoholic prebiotic beverages by Maya Well. The discussions, led by thought leaders in the field, were eye-opening and fostered a greater understanding of food justice and environmental stewardship.
